County booking meetings to give a brief bit of info:

Booking meetings are held periodically, or with some regularity, in order that different AA groups have a place to meet and exchange commitments to lead future meetings at each other’s respective groups.

Additional notes:

• There is a limit to 3 people per group that can attend.
• The church has requested “no booking in the parking lot”.  All matters are to be done inside the building
• Bookings to start at 9:00 am and not before
• RSVP is encouraged but not required
